Great Lakes Crossing Outlets provides three restroom locations for men, women and family.

  • Location 1 - hallway between Districts 1 and 3
  • Location 2 - hallway between Districts 4 and 9
  • Location 3 - Food Court

Complimentary wheelchairs are available to rent at the Security Office located in District 2.

This service is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and based on availability. Wheelchairs must be returned at least 15 minutes prior to shopping center closing.

  • Kerby's Koney Island is located in District 8
  • Johnny Rockets is located in District 6
  • Miyako Japanese Steakhouse is located in District 6
  • MEX is located in District 6
  • Rainforest Café is located in District 7

The Children's Play Area is located in the Food Court between Districts 6 and 7. Children can enjoy a "Picnic" themed area complete with large scale food and bugs for climbing. Seating is available for parents inside the Play Area. Please note that the Play Area is unsupervised and has a height limit of 42 inches. No food or strollers are allowed inside the area. The Play area closes from 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. every day for cleaning.

Hours for cleaning may vary during holiday season.

The Food Court is located between Districts 6 and 7, easily accessible from Entry 6 or 7.

Lost and found is located at Great Lakes Crossing Outlet's Security Office in District 2.

Mall security can be reached by calling 248.454.5015 or you can stop by the Security Office located in District 2.

Great Lakes Crossing Outlets Security Department can assist with locating your vehicle. Ask an officer for assistance or call 248-454-5015 to be connected to the Security department.

Bringing pets or animals to the center is prohibited, with the exception of fully licensed service animals.

  • Entry 1
  • District 3
  • Entry 6
  • Entry 7
  • Food Court

One lap with corridors = 1.02 Miles
One lap without corridors = 0.8 Mile

The Great Lakes Crossing Outlets Passport to Shopping is our version of a discount card or coupon book. It is available to visitors traveling 50 miles or more to visit us and groups of ten or more people. Stop by our Visitor Center in Entry 4 for details on how you can get yours today. Visitor Center hours are Monday-Thursday: 10am-6pm, Friday-Saturday: 10am-8pm, Sunday: 11am-6pm.

Guests can rent shopping carts at Entry 1 for $6.

Yes, New Velochi strollers featuring touchpads with children's games are now available for rent. You can rent single strollers at Entry 4, Entry 6, and Entry 7 for $10, and double strollers at Entry 7 for $12.

Yes, we have charging stations located in Districts 1 near Bed Bath and Beyond, 2 near Kate Spade New York Outlet, 3 near Group USA, 4 near Burlington Coat Factory, 8 near Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, 9 near H&M and in the Food Court.
