Guest Services


Great Lakes Crossing Outlets' knowledgeable and friendly Guest Services staff is ready to help you with any questions about our stores, Ticketmaster, Gift Cards and attractions. Visitor amenities include complimentary wheelchairs, and motorized scooters.  Guest Services is available in District 4 during all mall hours or by telephone at (248) 454-5000.

Convenient ATMs are located in District 3, Entry 1, Entry 6, and Entry 7, and in the Food Court.

Children's Play Area
Try out our life-size picnic play area located in the Food Court. Climb a huge cupcake, giant ladybugs and a mammoth hot dog at a larger-than-life picnic. 

Disabled Services 
Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available at Guest Services located in District 4. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first serve basis. A refundable cash deposit of $20 is required.

Portable Phone Chargers

Does your phone need a charge? Portable phone chargers are now available at the Guest Services Desk. A cash deposit of $20 is required, and $15 will be refunded.


Texting Guest Services

Where is Coach located? What restaurants do you have? You can now text your mall-related questions to Guest Services at 248-294-0005 and receive a prompt response.

Shopping Cart Rentals
Planning to shop until you drop? Shopping cart rentals are available at: Entry 4, Entry 6.

Stroller Rentals

Single stroller are available for rent at Entry 7, double strollers are availabe at Entry 1.

Great Lakes Crossing Outlets American Express® Gift Card
Mall gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500 with complimentary gift bag at the Guest Services desk located in District 4. Gift cards can be redeemed at all stores and restaurants that accept American Express.
